Dawson Junior Levere
Dawson Junior Levere of Mountain died on Jan. 22, 2003 at home. He was 66.
He is survived by wife Shirley A. Levere (nee Summers) whom he married in Winchester on Aug. 11, 1956. He was born in Mountain on July 18, 1936 to the late Dawson Charles Levere, and the surviving Ethel Pearl Holmes.
He is survived by children Roger (Joyce) Levere, Dean Levere, Mark Levere and Faye (Bruce Young) all of Mountain; and daughter-in-law Laura Levere of Iroquois.
He will be remembered by grandchildren Brandon and Chase Young; Jory and Jacob Levere; and Dane, Drake, Bryghton and Quinn Levere.
He is survived by siblings Lyall (Jane) Levere, Oscar Levere, Doreen Smyth, Pauline (Wally) Fisher, Lylla (Donald) Miller. He was predeceased by Lois Cronin.
Mr. Levere was self-employed as a farmer. He was a member of the Inkerman United Church.
Funeral was at Byers Funeral Home Chapel on Jan 24, officiated by Rev. MaryLou Shortill. Interment will be in the spring at Van Camp Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Wally Fisher, Don Miller, Paul Lacroix, Stephen Summers, David Douglas and Garry Holmes.
