Cindy Marilyn Cochrane (nee Kerr) of Russellpassed away at home with her family by her side on Sun., Dec.9, 2007 after a brave battle with cancer. She was 45.
She was the loving wife of 23 years and best friend to Kevin.She was the loving and amazing mother to John and Erika. She wasthe adored daughter of Gordon and Marilyn Kerr of Brockville,and daughter in-law of Marion Cochrane and Floyd (Betty) Cochraneof Russell. She was the beloved granddaughter of Jean Kerr Koontz(Carl) of Prescott. She was the dear sister to Debra (Greg) ofBrockville, Bobbie of Brockville, Tammie of Russell, and Chris(Tammi) of Brockville. She was the sister-in-law to Barry andValerie, Bryan and Laurie, and Paul all of Russell. She was aspecial aunt to 15 and great-aunt to four.
Cindy will be fondly remembered by all the friends and customersof Cochrane’s Dairy. All of Cindy’s friends were truly blessedto have her in their lives.
Visitation will be held at the Daley Family Funeral Home, 6971Bank Street in Metcalfe on Thurs., Dec. 13 from 2 to 4 and 7 to9 pm, and Fri., Dec. 14 from 12 to 1:45 pm. The service will followat 2 pm.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Winchester DistrictMemorial Hospital would be appreciated.
The family would like to thank Dr. Gerry Heymans for the careand kindness he gave to Cindy and the whole family and also theSt. Elizabeth Palliative Care team. It was Cindy’s wish to beat home and they helped make that happen.
