The North Dundas District High School Devils hosted the first girls’ rugby 7s tournament of the season last Thursday (Oct. 5). The Devils entered two squads, as did the St. Joe’s Panthers. Metcalfe’s Osgoode Township High School Panthers completed the line up. North Dundas coach Scott Reaney billed the event as a 12-game development day.  The powerful St. Joe’s Panthers defeated North Dundas 24-17 in this match with Andrea Koch (2) and Jade Hannaford scoring the Devils’ tries. Reese Marriner (right) and a North Dundas teammate made the tackle on this play.  Press Photo – Van Bridger
