Members of the of the 2011 Rideau-St. Lawrence Conference Championship Hawks squad (all at right), the first-ever title for a squad that would go on to lose the Eastern Ontario Junior “B” Hockey League final series in five games to the Clarence Beavers, took on those who suited up for the Hawks between 2008 and 2017.

Members of the Classic Blue Hawks faced-off against the Classic White Hawks. Some of those taking part were members of Winchester’s 1980-1981 and 1981-1982 Gill Cup Championship-winning squad, and the 1994-1995 St. Lawrence Division pennant-winning Hawks.

Dom Menard (left), the Hawks assistant general manager and director of scouting, who also laced-up for the team in the late 1980s and early 1990s, looked on as Hawks’ alumnus Jeff O’Neill, a star forward with Winchester between 1973 and 1977, outlined the education bursary he has created, doing so with his own earnings following a successful career in the food and beverage industry in both Canada and the U.S.
