Jane Sybil Larmour

Jane Sybil Larmour (née Baker) passed away peacefully at Dundas Manor in Winchester on Fri., March 2, 2018. She was 94.
She was the wife of the late Kenneth Larmour, and the loving mother of Earl Larmour (Ruth), Helen Holmes (Lorne), David Larmour, Goldia LaMarch (Leo), Harold Larmour (Heather), Allen Larmour (Joan), Donald (Joanne), Michael, and the late Marilyn Shields (Keith). She was the cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother of many grandchildren. Jane is survived by her sister, Lois White (Bert), and sister-in-law, Muriel Baker. She was predeceased by her parents, Oliver Baker and Moira Errett; her sisters, Ida Smith and Ruby Baker; and her brothers, Alfred (Vivian), Charlie, Harold (Mary), Billie (Ruth), and Kenneth Baker. Jane will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Mom loved making quilts and playing cards. Jane was a full-time Mom looking after nine children, and preparing meals for farmers when they did fall harvest together. We have our four-legged friend (the dog) to thank for rescuing Jane from a house fire that allowed Jane to live 12 years and four months longer.
A graveside service will be held at Maple Ridge Cemetery later in the spring.
Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
