Myrtle Rose Snodgrass

Myrtle Rose Snodgrass (nee Carkner) of Morrisburg,formerly of Winchester, passed away peacefully at Winchester DistrictMemorial Hospital on Mon., April 2, 2007. She was 90.
She was the beloved wife of the late Rev. Wm. Helmer and PaulSnodgrass. She was the loving mother of Rosaline (Elmer) Carlsonof Blind River, Bryan (Joann) Helmer of Winchester, Wayne (Barbara)Helmer of Cobourg, David (Ruth) Snodgrass of Hamilton, and daughter-in-lawDevra Helmer of Morrisburg. She was the cherished grandmotherof 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She will be sadlymissed by numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased byher son William Helmer, sister Irene Parrish, and brother EwartCarkner.
Friends will be received at Parker Funeral Home, 28 Sir JamesMorris Drive in Morrisburg on Wed., April 4 from 7 to 9 pm. Thefuneral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral homeon Thurs., April 5, at 11 am. Interment will be at Maple RidgeCemetery in Chesterville.
