Gerald Hector St. Pierre

“Gerry” Hector St. Pierre of Morrisburgdied suddenly at Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Mon.,Feb. 18, 2008. He was 69.
He was the loving husband of Irene (Menard) St. Pierre of Morrisburg. He was the dear father of Nicole (Thomas Moriarty) Robinson ofChesterville, Suzanne (John) Miczki of Ottawa, Paul (Tracey) ofShanly, and Marc (Michelle) of Morrisburg. He was the devotedgrandfather of Michael, Shawn, Marc, Devin, Ashley, Ryan, Meghan,and Victoria, and great-grandfather of Spencer and Todd. He willbe missed by godsons Donald and David. He will be sadly missedby brothers Edward of Alberta, and Ronald “Butch” (Pauline)of Sudbury, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and many nieces andnephews. He was predeceased by his parents Irene Leger and HectorSt. Pierre, sister Angeline Gray, and brothers Edgar and Daniel.
Gerry was a carpenter by trade and worked at Upper Canada Village.His hobbies were woodworking and golfing, as well as driving forUpper Canada Motors.
Friends will be received at the Parker Funeral Home, 28 Sir JamesMorris Dr. in Morrisburg on Wed., Feb 20 from 2 to 4 and 7 to9 pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s RomanCatholic Church in Morrisburg on Thurs., Feb. 21 at 11 am withFather R. J. Chisholm presiding. Cremation will follow with inurnmentin Notre Dame Cemetery in Cornwall.
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would begratefully acknowledged.
