Vivian Viola Strader (nee Fetterly), a veteranof the Second World War (Wrens), died at Dundas Manor on July31, 2008. She was 88.
She was the wife of the late Harry Strader of Winchester and Peterborough.She was the loved mother of Lynda Thompson (Michael) of Morrisburg,and Kathryn McEwen (John). She was the daughter of the late Carland Viola (nee Hess) Fetterly, and the sister of the late GeraldFetterly of Nanaimo, BC, and the late Glendon Fetterly of Mountain.She leaves to mourn her sister Verna Welsh of Port Moody, BC,brother Lorne of St. Catharines, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces,great-nephews, as well as sisters-in-law Helen (Lorne) and NeldaStrader (Cecil).
As per Vivian’s wishes she was cremated, and a private intermentwill be held at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville at a laterdate.
