She was the wife of Leonard Tremblay whom she married in SouthMountain on July 29, 2000. She is survived by children Sarah,Kristin, Jared and Logan. She was the daughter-in-law of DonatTremblay and the late Ethel Tremblay. She was sister of Dave (Debbie),Anne (Paul VanLuit), Don (Jennifer), and Allan (Lana). She wassister-in-law of Nancy Roderick and Heather Racine (Allan). Shewas aunt of Carley, Megan, Ryan, Robin, Denis, Justin, Alex, Cassidy,Parker, Stephanie, and Matthew.
She was born on August 15, 1962 in Oxford, Ont. to John Hess andJean Baker. She was a registered nurse and worked in communitynursing as an R.N. with Bayshore Health Services and ParaMed.She attended St. Lawrence College and was a graduate of NorthGrenville High School. She was a former 4H member and leader,and was past President of Grenville 4H. She was a member of HeckstonUnited Church.
The funeral service was held at South Mountain United Church onMay 18 with Rev. Blair Paterson officiating. Interment followedat South Gower Cemetery.
