Theresa Dixon, a lifetime resident of Oshawa, died on Tues., Aug. 27, 2002 at Lakeridge Health Centre, Oshawa. She was 37.
She was the beloved daughter of Rodney Garlough of Oshawa and Eva Garlough (nee Sayeau) of Ingleside. Loving mother of Roxanne and Evan, both of Oshawa. Dear sister of Joan Garlough of Ingleside and Rhonda (Chris) Groot of Everett. Predeceased by brother Roger.
Ms. Dixon was a dear aunt of William, Robin, Alicia, Courtney and Brittany. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She enjoyed outdoor activities such as soccer, camping and swimming. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Oshawa.
Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Society would be appreciated by the family.
Funeral service was held at Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, Williamsburg on Sat., Aug. 31 with Rev. Joachim Barkley-Probst officiating. Interment at Maple Ridge Cemetery, Chesterville.
Pallbearers were Rick Garlough, Jay Garlough, Marty Garlough,Mahlon Garlough, Michael Sayeau and Brian Sayeau.
