CARLETON PLACE – The CCHL bantam protect draft was held earlier this week and three local players, forward Ben Lapier and defencemen Kayne McCadden and Adam Barkley, were selected.

This season, Lapier and McCadden, both from Williamsburg and Seaway District High School students, played for the Kings. Barkley, a North Dundas District High School student from Inkerman, played for the Upper Canada Cyclones at the “AAA” level this season.
