Annie (Fife) Oulton (nee Richards) passed away peacefully at Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Sat., Oct. 22, 2016, one day short of her 97th birthday.
She was the beloved wife of the late James Fife and Ralph Oulton. She was the loving Mom of Maurice (Ruth) Fife, Maureen (Francis) Ives, Dawna (Gary) Hoy, Dennis (Mary) Fife, Arlene (George) Bryan, and the late Mervyn Fife, and daughter-in-law Doris Fife. She was the cherished Grandma of 16 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Annie was the dear sister of Glenn, Marjorie, Urbane and Murray, and predeceased by June, John, Evelene, Elva, Wilma, and Muriel. She was the aunt of many nieces and nephews. She is survived by her step-children Arthur Oulton, Betty Turner, the late Elaine Girling, Peggy Fiorentino, Susan McNulty, and their families.
Annie rested at Byers Funeral Home, 2990 Church St. in South Mountain (613-989-3836), from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm on Tues., Oct. 25, and today (Wed., Oct. 26) from noon until the time of the funeral service at 1 pm at the Chesterville Legion, 167 Queen St., followed by interment at Maple Ridge Cemetery.
