WINCHESTER – Three people were arrested Thurs., Oct. 31 after officers raided a Caleb Street residence.

SD&G OPP members, along with those from the Community Street Crime Unit and Emergency Response Team, were involved.

Once inside the premises, officers seized a quantity of crystal methamphetamine and cocaine, various stolen property, and Canadian currency.

Among the trio apprehended, Tawana Dillon, 43, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, four counts of possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime (less than $5,000), and possession of a controlled substance.

A 17-year-old also faces charges of possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime (less than $5,000), theft (shoplifting), and failure to comply with conditions of a probation order.

Meanwhile, a 16-year-old from Ottawa faces charges of proceeds of property obtained by crime (less than $5,000) and theft (shoplifting).

The 17-year-old was held in custody ahead of a bail court hearing in Cornwall, while both Dillon and the 16-year-old are to appear in Morrisburg court Tues., Dec. 3.
